Ryan Harris appointed as the bowling coach for Brisbane Heat
Brisbane Heat, Ryan Harris joined as their specialist bowling coach. Ryan Harris becomes coach of the first half of the upcoming 2019-2020 BBL. He will be working alongside coach Darren Lehmann and also assistant coach James Hopes, both of whom were part of Heat's championship season in 2012-2013.
Ryan Harris, who is also a High Performance coach at the National Cricket Center, will then depart before the end of the Big Bash League to complete his duties as Australia Under-19 coach for the ICC World Under 19 Youth Cup in South Africa early next year.
Ryan Harris is also Justin Lange bowling coach with the Australian team during the on going T20 International series against Sri Lanka.
Gavin Fitness who served as the club's off field staff earlier, will also work with the Heat again during the BBL.
